Angel Barrios - Practice Administrator

Angel Barrios was born in Texas and raised in Southeast Louisiana. Following Hurricane Katrina, she relocated to the South Shore, where she continued building both her career and deep roots in the community that she proudly calls home. Angel began her journey in Dermatology more than thirty years ago, a field that quickly captured her heart and remains a true passion. She joined Hilton Dermatology + Aesthetics in 2015, where her dedication, expertise, and genuine love for patient care have been evident ever since. Angel is highly motivated to share her knowledge and mentor younger generations, believing strongly in putting God first, along with education, growth, and leadership.

Never one to stop learning, Angel expanded her professional path in 2022 by earning her Louisiana Real Estate License, followed by her Mississippi State Real Estate License. She is now a dedicated real estate professional with XLV Realty, where she brings her local knowledge, strong work ethic, and commitment to exceptional customer service to every client she serves. Her deep familiarity with the region allows her to provide invaluable insights and personalized guidance throughout each real estate journey. With a flourishing career and a stellar reputation, Angel is known for her tenacity, emotional intelligence, and professional poise. She consistently goes above and beyond expectations, ensuring her clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

Above all, Angel’s genuine passion for making people smile and delivering optimal results with a personalized touch truly sets her apart. Angel has been married for thirty-two years to her husband, Shane. Together, they share two children, her son Colby (and her beloved daughter-in-law, Pamela) and her daughter Cristian (and her beloved son-in-law, Bao), as well as her one and only grandson, Colby Jr, age six, who is the joy of her life and the best part of her day.

Sheena Williams - Medical Assistant Supervisor

In a bustling little corner of the world, where kindness meets curiosity, lives Sheena Williams. She began her healthcare journey in 2005 as an EMT but quickly realized that path was not the right fit. Undeterred, Sheena followed her calling and pursued a career as a Certified Lead Medical Assistant, where her true strengths began to shine. In September 2018, Hilton Dermatology + Aesthetics proudly announced Sheena as Lead Medical Assistant. Within the practice, she is known as a steady-handed healer, a keeper of calm, and a quiet magician— someone who has an extraordinary ability to make patients feel safe and cared for with just a smile.

When the workday ends, Sheena returns to her enchanted home, where two children, one spirited nephew, and a pair of lovable Labradors create a joyful symphony of laughter, mischief, and pawprints. Her evenings are filled with the kind of beautiful chaos only a true heroine can handle. With a heart drawn to far-off places, unfamiliar flavors, and every spark of Disney magic, Sheena moves through life with a sense of wonder. Though her expression may sometimes appear serious, those who know her best understand she is a playful, warm-hearted adventurer—one of the biggest kids in the kingdom, cleverly disguised as an adult.

Bella Doll - Medical Aesthetician

Bella Doll is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and graduate of The Aveda Institute, where she received advanced training in skin health, corrective treatments, and cosmetic skincare. With over five years of experience in both spa and medical-aesthetic settings, Bella has developed a strong expertise in chemical peels, dermaplaning, customized facials, microneedling, and results- driven treatment planning. She is also skilled in laser and light-based technologies, working closely with the clinical team to support patients seeking more advanced dermatologic care. Bella joined Hilton Dermatology + Aesthetics in 2021 to provide patients with a higher level of personalized, medically informed skincare.

She was drawn to the practice for its collaborative approach between providers and its focus on achieving long-term, sustainable skin health. Known for her calming presence and meticulous technique, Bella creates an elevated treatment experience while delivering noticeable, transformative results. Her philosophy centers on education, individualized care, and building lasting relationships with her patients—ensuring each person feels heard, supported, and confident in their skin. Outside the clinic, Bella enjoys spending time with her family, especially cherishing life with her two boys, Colson and Carter.

Chloe Roig - Medical Assistant

Born and raised in St. Bernard Parish, Chloe Roig began her medical career at the age of eighteen as a Medical Lab Assistant at Children’s Hospital New Orleans. Her passion for patient care and clinical science led her into travel healthcare, where she gained diverse experience in pediatrics, pathology, and laboratory medicine. A defining chapter of her career was working in the Dermatopathology Lab at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where she developed advanced skills in skin pathology and clinical dermatology. After returning home in 2024, Chloe joined Hilton Dermatology + Aesthetics, where she now serves as Lead Medical Assistant for Dr. Ashton Taylor Hilton. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and is known for her warmth, humour, and welcoming presence. Outside of work, Chloe’s greatest joy is being a proud new mom to her baby girl.

Albree Ledlow - Medical Assistant

Albree Ledlow is a Medical Assistant at Hilton Dermatology + Aesthetics, where she combines her medical training with a strong passion for skincare and patient care. She graduated from Pearl River Central High School before completing aesthetician school in 2023, giving her a solid foundation in both clinical and cosmetic aspects of dermatology. At Hilton Dermatology & Aesthetics, Albree is dedicated to creating a positive and comfortable experience for every patient. She enjoys supporting the clinical team, assisting with procedures, and helping patients feel confident and well cared for throughout their visits. With a genuine interest in skincare and continuous learning, she strives to stay knowledgeable about the latest treatments and trends in aesthetics. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new skincare products and expanding her expertise in the beauty and wellness field.

Jill Messina - Patient Care Coordinator

Jill Messina was born and raised in Chalmette, Louisiana, and graduated from Cabrini High School in 1997. In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Jill found a new home in Slidell, LA, where she has proudly planted her roots since 2005. Jill is a devoted mother of four and a proud grandmother of two—with one more on the way. Her grandchildren are her built-in sunshine and the reason she keeps an extra pep in her step.

When she’s off the clock, Jill embraces life to the fullest. Whether she’s hiking outdoors, hitting the tennis court, or spending time at the gym, she believes strong women stay strong in every way. She treasures time with family and friends, filling her days with good company, plenty of laughter, and unforgettable memories. For the past six years, Jill has been a cherished member of the Hilton Dermatology family. She’s built friendships that feel more like lifelong bonds and brings heart, humor, and just the right touch of sass to the team. Grateful for every moment, Jill looks forward to many more years doing what she loves—right where she belongs—making each day a little brighter and a whole lot more fun.

Alisha Carter - Medical Billing Specialist

Alisha Carter was born and raised in Carriere, MS. She is a graduate of Pearl River Central High School, earning her diploma in 2007. Alisha later attended college for Medical Assisting and received her certification in 2016. While working in the medical field, she discovered a new passion for medical billing and has since dedicated herself to that specialty. For the past few years, Alisha has been a valued member of Hilton’s Billing Team. Although her primary focus is billing, she still enjoys stepping in to help ensure daily operations run smoothly and appreciates the opportunity to interact with patients. Outside of work, Alisha enjoys spending time with her son, caring for her fur and reptile babies, and staying active in her church community.

Kristi Champlin - Medical Accounts Specialist

Kristi Champlin is a Certified Professional Coder & graduate of PRCC, who keeps medical billing in line by day and three kids in line by night. She’s a wife and mom of three, proudly juggling family life with her role as PTO President—aka the person who keeps school chaos running smoothly. When she’s off the clock, you’ll usually find her reading, shopping, or spending time with her husband and kids—usually with a much-needed caffeine boost in hand! Kristi joined the Hilton team in 2023.

Gina Groglio - Front Desk Coordinator

Gina Groglio is a healthcare professional with two years of experience at Hilton Dermatology + Aesthetics, where she works as an MA floater with a strong focus on front-office care and patient coordination for both medical and cosmetic services. Gina is known for creating a welcoming, efficient patient experience and supporting each visit with care and attention. With an academic background in pharmacy and chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana and the University of New Orleans, she combines scientific knowledge with a patient-centered approach. Gina values the supportive, team-driven environment at Hilton Dermatology and appreciates her coworkers, who have become like family. Outside of work, Gina’s daughter Aurora is her greatest inspiration. She enjoys astronomy, art, and exploring the creative world of radio. Gina lives by a simple philosophy: lead with curiosity, care with compassion, and grow with purpose.

Tammie Oggs - Medical Office Coordinator

Tammie Oggs was born in New Orleans and raised in Arabi, later living in Chalmette, where she began her career in Dermatology. She developed an early passion for the field, but her journey was interrupted by Hurricane Katrina, which led her and her family to relocate to Covington—a place they have proudly called home for the past eighteen years. While in Covington, Tammie worked for Resource Bank, where she built a strong foundation in clerical and administrative work before semi-retiring in 2025. Now semi-retired, she enjoys what she calls the best part-time clerical position at Hilton Dermatology + Aesthetics in Slidell, where she brings warmth, experience, and a genuine heart to the practice.

Tammie has been happily married to her high-school sweetheart, Ted Oggs, for forty-six years. Together, they share two children: her son Johnathan, a thoughtful and hardworking man (and her beloved daughter-in-love, Casey), and her daughter Chantelle, whose creativity and kind spirit light up every room. Tammie and Ted are also proud grandparents to two grandsons, ages twenty-four and six, who are truly the joy of their lives.
